Foremen, supervisors and superintendents are all responsible and accountable for maintaining an effective accident prevention effort within his or her area of responsibility, knowing and enforcing all requirements of the safety program and current local, provincial and federal regulations. Workers are responsible to work safely and to report any incident or a hazard to their supervisor. Everyone from the CEO to new workers has the responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.”
